The client is totally responsible to use this service as is, with no other implied warranty. This software is intended to be a phone service (cellular and/or land line) and not an emergency service. Acts of God and mechanical failures are not covered and the responsibility rests with the client.

This software is only offered in the fifty (50) United States. Canada is in the works and may be available soon. Not available in American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.

"Go Check On Me" is NOT a substitute for a physical in-home wellness check, in-home medical care, or retirement home care. It is intended to notify the client that there was NO response from the recipient, your 'Loved One' ©. 

In the United States, a wellness check is an in-person visit from one or more law enforcement officers, especially in response to a request from a friend or family member who is concerned about the person's mental or physical health.
