Q: How can 'Go Check On Me' offer similar calling options for such a reasonable fee?
A: We have a small staff and use the latest encrypted cloud sever that is one hundred percent reliable. We do not charge more for weekends or holidays. In addition, with the economy's high inflation rate, we choose to help those on a budget.

Q: Why do you require the 'Loved One' © to push any button on the key pad to acknowledge the call instead of a particular button like some of the other calling services?
A: Some 'Loved Ones' © may have difficulty finding a single number on the key pad.

Q: I have two 'Loved Ones' © that live apart from each other and from myself. Can I use your service for both of them for the same fee?
A. We provide up to three calls per day per 'Loved One' © to be called. You may sign up for and additional 'Loved One' © as a second account. That sign up form is in progress and will be available soon.

Q: What should I do if my 'Loved One' © does not answer any or all of the phone checks?
A: 'Go Check On Me' is a phone service only to let you, the client, know that there was no contact for your loved one. The decision you make at that time is solely up to you and your family. We suggest that you agree with your 'Loved One' ©. ahead of time, what to do if no contact is made.

Q: Our 'Loved One' © has hearing problems and may not hear the phone ring. Do you offer and additional signaling device?
A: For 'Loved Ones' © that have hearing or vision problems, there are many devices that can be added to our service. We do not offer these devices at this time. We highly recommend that you contact your local state or city agencies or search the internet for more information.

Q: We have loved the service for such a low cost. However, we no longer need the service. How do I discontinue the service?
