How it Works
| Simplicity is the key to how this program
operates. The concept is to make it user friendly for both the
client and the recipient.
After registration and sign in, you will have access to the 'phone check form.' Once completed and activated, the software will call your recipient, up to three times a day on their land line or cell phone. The times are selected by the you the client. The caller ID displayed for the recipient shows "Phone Check." All the recipient has to do, is answer the ring and press any one key on the phone pad within one minute to respond. The recipient does not have to do any other action and hang up. The software will record that the recipient has answered and no further action will take place. If there is NO response from the recipient after ten (10) rings, or the call goes to an answering machine, or a busy signal, or a fax, then the client will be sent an e-mail message stating that the recipient did not answer. |
